Services provided to clients located in New Mexico are delivered under New Mexico licensure requirements, including services provided by telehealth.

Counseling professionals serving New Mexico clients are licensed and regulated by the New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Board, part of the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department, 5500 San Antonio Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109 — (505) 476-4622 — www.rld.nm.gov.

Complaints

You may raise a concern directly with the practice at any time, and you may file a complaint with the New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Board at the address above or through the Regulation and Licensing Department website. License status may be verified through the Department's public license verification.

Licensed clinician

Andrés De Jesús “AJ” Soliz-Chávez, MA, NCC — Licensed Mental Health Counselor (New Mexico), License No. CTB-2026-0369, expires 9/30/2027. Also licensed in Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, License No. 102148, under the supervision of Sandra Mireles, LPC-S (TX Lic. No. 80002).

Where a clinician is licensed in Texas but not in New Mexico, services are limited to clients physically located in Texas at the time of the session.
